An End to the ‘Eagle Talon of Death’

An update on Life with Mogo

I’ve had my new mouse a week now.

One of the best features? Well, as Jason Chen  at Gizmodo said last summer - “you’re not performing the eagle-talon of death.”

Like him,  I  had this moment of fear when I slipped it from the box.  The thought of  ‘uh-oh; this thing’ll be like steering a deck of cards‘.  Turns out? That kickstand really does give your hand a good angle to work with. The fingers reach up and over, much like a normal corded mouse.

The on-screen response time doesn’t lag (at least not to my eyes) and I can confirm that it works on the back of a magazine. Stay tuned - we’ll give it a spin on an actual in-flight glossy when I leave for a fairly extensive trip in about a week.
