MobileMag has an article about one of the future applications of Bluetooth technology - actually controlling your car.

Cue the the theme music to The Jetsons.

In the here and now,  several cars already come equipped with Bluetooth technology built right in. Acura, Jeep, BMW, Lexus, Lincoln and Toyota all have models on the ground that, once paired to your cell phone, turn your car into a speakerphone.

Not always convenient, especially if you have a 6-year-old in back who likes to repeat everything he hears. But from a safety standpoint, if you have to talk and drive - this might be the best way to do it.
