I don’t know if you’ve read his book yet, and if you haven’t, do, now, but Timothy Ferriss is a hero of mine, and if we’re honest, a genius. That said, he is the author of the book “The 4-Hour Workweek,” and it’s amazing. I was just browsing his site, something I do daily to check for rad updates, and I just so happened to see that he just so happened to have met our very own Matt Westover earlier on “The Big Idea.”
Matt gave ol’ Tim some MoGo Mice to use in a give-away contest/promotion on his very own site, and it was awesome to see him using such an awesome new technology to get readers of his blog to answer a very simple, but very important question: “What is technology?” Basically if you just upload a video answering this question (no dictionary help folks!) and link him to it, the fastest and best will win a MoGo Mouse from Tim, via Matt and all the good people here at Newton Peripherals. Very cool.
Head over, get some helpful breakfast tips in the same post, and read about the MoGo Contest Tim Ferriss is running right now. Always good to see people with like minded goals getting together to really make some changes. Keep rocking Tim, and if you ever wanna come hang out in Montana, let me know.
I love video love. I love it. Love love? Yes. That said, I just found an amazing video that has “Everything in the Known Universe about the MoGo Mouse by Newton Peripherals!” The kind folks over at Tiger Direct produced this awesome video on their “TigerTV” Channel and it really does give you the nuts, bolts, ins, outs, and everything in between for the MoGo Mouse.
Go here to watch the Video from TigerTV, enjoy, and tell em’ Tyler sent ya!
We just got the news! The MoGo Mouse X54 PRO has been selected as a finalist in the Best of CES 2008 contest!! This is a huge honor, that recognizes the X54 Pro as among the best of the best on the market today.
The mouse was sponsored in the contest by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group. Their director, Michael Foley, enthused; “Newton Peripherals takes advantage of Bluetooth wireless technology by putting a unique twist on familiar devices to create a truly innovative 2-in-1 product.”
If you’re at the CES, the X54 is being featured today at the ShowStoppers event.
Wow how did I NOT see this gem before now?! This gem I’m referring to, is an absolutely awesome article I Just found called “Meet Matt Westover - The Man Behind The MoGo Mouse.” Basically the article does just that, it allows all of You, to meet Matt, who truly is the man behind the MoGo Mouse.
Head over and check it out, watch the embedded video they provided and learn a whole slew of info about not only Matt, but this great company in general. The article sums it up pretty sweetly:
“The vision that Matt and the folks at Newton Peripherals had of a mouse that would fit into an available open slot on a notebook, connect without wires using Bluetooth technology and provide that ease of navigation on a screen that we were so used to getting on our desktops was a grand dream. But dreams and their realizations are what makes us so unique and it was this dream that led to the growth and the ultimate success of the first MoGo Mouse.”
Mobility On The Go. MoGo. At any rate, thanks for a great article, keep enjoying the mouse!
