I bought 2 LG Rumor phones 3 months ago and had a problem/ My phone was defective and an interior component dislodged when I removed the charger. I did not abuse this phone and only removed the charger when this componet came out with the charger. LG would not repair or replace my phone and I am out $300.00. They said it was damaged. Yes, the quality of the phone is subpar and the interior components came out when removing the charger. Some quality !!! I refuse to buy another LG product due to customer satisfaction deficiencies and a poor warranty. Shame on them for at least not offering another phone at a discounted rate.
